The proposal of Agricola Mevante Restaurant combines the Umbrian culinary tradition with the modern cooking techniques, maintaining the taste of the ancient flavors and using high quality ingredients.
The Chef Luca Presciutti, with his skills and passion, personally takes care of the selection of the products used, to offer local dishes cooked with style. He takes care of the production of most of the vegetables offered on the menu and manages a small pig farm in the wild, following the production phases of the cured meats offered for tasting.
The restaurant has a very welcoming and modern internal room perfectly integrated with the landscape; the large outdoor spaces allow you to enjoy a suggestive panorama of Monte Subasio.
