The cellar is spread over two floors and takes advantage of this conformation to be able to carry out decanting by gravity: the aid of gravity allows less stress for the wine and allows to keep the aromas more intact. The rooms intended for the aging of the wine are underground and consequently the temperature and humidity are naturally controlled, this favors slow and natural refinements and a very low energy consumption.
The company, consisting of a single body of 10 hectares of property, is completely exposed to the east, from here you can see the sun rise, the Levant, from these simple concepts, but so important to identify the territory, “MEVANTE” was born.
