To date, the annual production is around 60,000 bottles that reflect the typicality of local products, and is divided into red wines and white wines. Red wines differ between Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG and Montefalco Rosso DOC. The white wines currently produced are Grechetto DOC and Birbantéo.
All the processing takes place inside our cellar, which is spread over two floors and takes advantage of this conformation to be able to carry out decanting by gravity: the aid of gravity allows less stress for the wine and allows you to keep the aromas more intact.
